Features
Kim holds prosthesis in place, whether you choose to use them or not, she will work beautifully with those brave women who have decided to go fully flat. The inside bra shelf has a seam down the middle to ensure our waterproof molded cups and/ or prosthesis do not find themselves moving. The Kim top has removable water proof molded cups, should you have asymmetrical nipples that you want to even out.
Scar Coverage
The Kim top was made to cover scars after surgeries relating to a double mastectomy, with or without reconstructive surgery. She has wide enough straps that she will cover part of your port-a-cath scar, if placement and size is just right. Please note that after surgeries like a double mastectomy, skin is sensitive, please use sun protection even where the parts of your body are covered; consulting your physician for more details is best.

Care Instructions
Wash on delicate cycle in cold water or by hand. Hanging your suit to dry is best! We do not recommend using an iron on your suit.
