Please allow 1-5 business days for us to process your order and get it ready to be shipped out; delivery will occur within 3-7 business days of shipment.
Return Policy:
Since we are a small brand, we ask that you email us within 5 days of receiving your order at sales@postswim.com to start your return or exchange. Although we understand not every suit will work, we’ll do our best to assist you.
Once you receive your return label, please send back your unworn item(s) within 21 days. We want you to love your suit, but we get it if it’s not quite right.
We allow returns so long as all tags are attached, and the item is placed into its original packaging. It is very important that the hygienic liner remains intact when you return your order. If the hang tag and hygienic liner are not on your return, we unfortunately will not be able to accept it, and a refund will not be provided.
We offer free return shipping, however please note that we do charge $5/item as a restocking fee (deducted if using a pre-paid label). Refunds will be processed within 7 business days, subject to your financial institution’s processing times.
All items on sale are FINAL and we will not accept returns.
