STANDARD SHIPPING

Processing Time

Orders are processed Monday​ - Friday and typically ship within 1​ - 3 business days.

You will receive a tracking number via email as soon as your order ships.

Shipping Rates

We offer free shipping on orders over $200.

Flat-rate standard shipping is $10.95 for U.S. orders.

Puerto Rico, Hawaii, and Alaska ship at a flat rate of $19.95.

Expedited shipping options may be available at checkout.

Where We Ship

POST SWIM currently ships within the United States.

We are working toward offering international shipping in the future.

Delivery Estimates

Standard delivery typically arrives within 3​ - 7 business days after shipment (depending on carrier and destination).

Order Issues

If your package is delayed, lost, or mis-delivered, please contact us at sales@postswim.com and we will assist you.

Once a package is marked as “delivered,” the carrier becomes the best point of contact for locating the package, but we’re always happy to help guide you.

RETURNS & EXCHANGES

Eligibility

To be eligible for a return or exchange, items must be:

  • Unworn
  • Unwashed
  • Free of deodorant, makeup, and lotion marks
  • With tags attached
  • With the hygienic liner intact
  • Returned in original packaging

All return items must be included in a single return request per order.

We are unable to accommodate additional return requests once a return has been initiated.

Return Notification Window

Return requests must be submitted within 5 days of delivery.

Requests submitted outside of this window will not be eligible.

Return Shipment Requirement

Approved returns must be in transit within 10 days of receiving the return label (tracking must show movement).

Returns that are not shipped within this timeframe will be considered void and ineligible for refund.

Final Sale Items

Items marked as sale or purchased during major promotions are not eligible for return or exchange.

Return Shipping & Fees

POST SWIM provides a prepaid return label.

$5 per-item restocking fee will be deducted from your refund to cover handling and processing.

Original shipping fees are non-refundable.

Exchanges

Exchanges are permitted for the same item in a different size or color (based on availability).

No restocking fee applies to exchanges.

Once we receive your return, your replacement will ship.

Refund Timeline

Refunds are issued to the original payment method once your return has been received and inspected.

Please allow 5–7 business days for processing, depending on your financial institution.

How to Start a Return or Exchange

Email sales@postswim.com with your order number, the item(s) you’d like to return or exchange, and the reason.

We’ll provide a prepaid return label and next steps.
