STANDARD SHIPPING:

Processing Time:

  • Orders are processed Monday–Friday and typically ship within 1–2 business days.
  • You will receive a tracking number via email as soon as your order ships.

Shipping Rates:

  • We offer free shipping on orders over $200.
  • We offer flat-rate standard shipping of $10.95 on all U.S. orders, while Puerto Rico, Hawaii, and Alaska have a flat rate of $19.95.
  • Expedited shipping options may be offered during checkout, when available.

Where We Ship:

  • POST SWIM currently ships within the United States.
  • We are working toward offering international shipping in the future.

Delivery Estimates:

  • Standard delivery typically arrives within 3-7 business days after shipment (depending on carrier and destination).

Order Issues:

  • If your package is delayed, lost, or mis-delivered, please contact us at sales@postswim.com and we will assist you.
  • Once a package is scanned as 'delivered,' your postal carrier becomes the best point of contact for locating missing items, but we're always happy to help guide you.

Returns & Exchange Eligibility:

To be eligible for a return or an exchange, items must be:

  • Unworn
  • Unwashed
  • Free of deoderant, makeup, and lotion marks
  • With tags attached
  • With the hygienic liner in tact
  • Returned in original packaging

Notification Window:

  • Please notify us within 5 business days of receiving your order if you would like to start a return or exchange.
  • Requests made after this window may not be eligible.

Final Sale Items:

  • Items on sale are not eligible for a return or exchange.
  • This includes discounted items or major promotions.

Return Shipping Fees:

  • POST SWIM offers free return shipping using our prepaid label.
  • A $5 per-item restocking fee will be deducted from your refund. This fee helps cover handling, inspection and processing.

Exchanges:

  • Exchanges are permitted for the same item in a different size or color (based on availability).
  • No restocking fee applies to exchanges.
  • Once we receive your return, your replacement will ship.

Refund Timeline:

  • Refunds are issued to the original payment method once we have received your return.
  • Please ship your return back to us within 10 days of receiving your return label.
  • Please allow 5-7 business days after we receive your return for processing, subject to your financial institutions timeline.

How to Start a Return or Exchange:

  • Email sales@postswim.com with your order number, the item(s) you'd like to return or exchange, and the reason.
  • We'll send a prepaid return label and next steps.
