Give A Suit Terms & Conditions

1. About the program

POST SWIM's "Give A Suit, Because We Give A S*it" program provides swimsuits to women after a cancer diagnosis, whether she's had surgery, treatment, or both, and to women who've had preventive surgery because of a genetic risk like BRCA. These suits are meant to bring comfort, confidence, and support as she moves through what comes after.

Every suit is sponsored by our community, by individuals and companies who choose to give a suit. POST SWIM gifts sponsored suits to qualifying applicants while they're available.

Sponsorships are pooled, so every dollar goes toward gifted suits.

2. Who can apply

  • You live in the United States and are 18 or older.
  • You've been diagnosed with cancer of any kind, or you've had preventive surgery because of a genetic risk (like BRCA). 
  • No medical documentation is required. We rely on honesty, personal stories, and community trust.
  • You have at least one public Instagram or TikTok profile. This isn't a requirement to post or promote anything. It's only how we confirm identity and make sure the program reaches real women who need it.

3. Applying and selection

  • No purchase is necessary to apply.
  • If you've had surgery, apply at least 6 weeks after it so you've had time to heal.
  • Complete the application in full, including accurate sizing and a shipping address. Incomplete applications can't be considered.
  • We select recipients once a month. How many women we can select each month depends on how many suits have been sponsored.
  • We read every application with care. Priority goes to women whose stories show meaningful need, emotional impact, or limited access to swimwear designed for life after cancer.
  • If several applicants meet the same criteria and suits are limited, recipients may be chosen at random to keep things fair.
  • Selection is not guaranteed. If you aren't selected one month, you may be considered automatically in future months. No need to reapply.
  • If you're selected, please reply within 14 days. If we don't hear from you, the suit may be offered to the next applicant.

4. If you're selected

  • You'll receive one swimsuit: a one-piece or a bikini (one top and one bottom).
  • Your suit is sponsored up to $200, based on the price at checkout (including any sale price), before shipping.
  • If the suit you choose is $200 or less, the only cost to you is the flat $10.95 shipping fee, paid at checkout.
  • If the suit you choose is more than $200, you pay the difference at checkout, plus the $10.95 shipping fee.
  • Any part of the $200 you don’t use can’t be applied to other items or exchanged for cash or store credit. It goes toward the next woman’s suit.
  • If we send more than one size so you can find your fit, just return the size you don't keep within 14 days. We cover return shipping and shipping on any exchange, so there's no extra cost to you.
  • Suits ship within the United States only.
  • Gifted pieces are for you to wear and may not be sold.

5. How availability works

  • The number of suits we can gift depends on how many are sponsored, so availability changes month to month.
  • We can't guarantee immediate fulfillment.
  • Recipients pay the $10.95 shipping fee, plus any amount over the $200 sponsorship.

6. Your information and optional sharing

  • We use what you share in your application only to review it, choose recipients, and ship your suit. We never share your story or health details publicly without your written permission.
  • There's no obligation to post, tag, or promote, though heartfelt shares are always welcome.
  • If you're selected, we may ask whether you'd like to share a short written or video testimonial to help inspire other women. We'll explain exactly where it would appear, and nothing is used without your written OK.
  • You can limit how your story is used or withdraw it at any time.
  • Saying no never affects your eligibility.

7. Program updates

POST SWIM may update, pause, or end the Give A Suit program, or change these terms, at any time. The current version will always be posted on this page.
