POST SWIM’s ‘Give A Su*t, Because We Give A Sh*t’ program provides swimsuits to support women after surgery for breast cancer or a preventative surgery due to a predisposed genetic mutation.  These swimsuits are meant to help build comfort, confidence and support a woman as she navigates life after surgery. 

POST SWIM will gift swimsuits to qualifying individual applicants, while supplies last.

WHO CAN APPLY:

  • Applicant must be someone who has undergone surgery within the last 12 months   for breast cancer (or high risk breast cancer factors)
  • No medical documentation is required.  We rely on honesty, personal storytelling,
    and community trust.
  • Applicant must have at least one public
    Instagram or TikTok profile.
  • This is not a requirement for posting or
    ‘promotion,’ but simply part of our effort to verify identity and ensure the program is reaching real survivors.
  • We read every submission with care. Priority will be given to women whose stories reflect meaningful need, emotional impact, or lack of access to purpose driven post-surgery swimwear.
  • Since swimsuits are only given based on the number donated or purchased through the ‘Give A Suit’ program, availability changes regularly and may impact how many recipients we can support at any given time.
  • Recipients may be matched with the style and color we currently have in inventory to ensure the best possible fit.
  • If multiple applicants meet the same criteria and we have limited availability, recipients may be chosen at random to
    maintain fairness.
  • If selected, applicant will receive 1 swimsuit, either a one piece or a bikini (2 pieces).
  • You must reside in the United States.
  • Applicants must be 18 years or older.

APPLICATION & APPROVAL:

  • Approval can take up to 7-10 business days.
  • Applicants must apply no sooner than 6 weeks post surgery.
  • Applicants can apply for up to one year post surgery date.
  • Applicants must provide accurate sizing information.
  • Applicants must share a shipping address.
  • Applicants must respond within 5-7 business days, if selected.
  • Applicants must agree not to sell any gifted pieces.
  • Applicants must understand that availability fluctuates and selection is not guaranteed.

PROGRAM TRANSPARENCY:

  • Quantities vary week to week.
  • We cannot guarantee immediate fulfillment.
  • Applicants not selected in one round may be considered automatically for future rounds.
  • We do not require a medical note.
  • There is no purchase necessary.

IMPORTANT:

  • Applicants must be complete the below in full in order to qualify to receive a swimsuit. 
  • Applications not completed in full will not qualify.

OPTIONAL SHARING:

  • There is no obligation to post, tag or promote (though heartfelt shares are always welcomed).
  • If selected, we might ask if you’d be open to sharing a short written or video testimonial about your experience with your POST SWIM suit to help inspire other women. 
  • This is completely optional and does not affect your eligibility.
